    I’m on the 10-day weight loss program. Can you provide a list of fruits and veggie that are allowed to eat during the 10-day. Also the power shake meal is it to be taken with 20oz or 16oz of water.

      For the most part, you’ll want to stay away from the more starchy fruits/veggies. As for your Power Shake question, most people drink around 2 tablespoons with 10-20 oz. of cold water or favorite non-dairy beverage. In the end though, it’s up to you.   2. I tried the 10 day transformation followed the guidelines and no weight loss ….have returned the empty containers…loved the power shake.. was energetic.. not hungry…but disappointed with no weight loss…help
