Recipe:

Bio Fruit Berry Sorbet

-1 Pound Frozen Berries

-4 Pitted Dates

-1/3 Cup Bio Fruit

-Grated Zest of 1 Lime

-1 1/2 teaspoons Strained Lime Juice

-1 tablespoon Organic Honey

-1/3 cup Water

Coco Hydrate Pineapple and Mango Sorbet

-1 pound Frozen Pineapple and Mango

-1/3 cup Coco Hydrate Pineapple

-Grated Zest of 1 Lime

-1 1/2 teaspoons Strained Lime Juice

-1 tablespoon Organic Honey

-1/3 cup Water

Aloe Digest Peach Sorbet

-1 pound Frozen Peaches

-1/3 cup Aloe Digest

-Grated Zest of 1 Lime

-1 1/2 teaspoons Strained Lime Juice

-1 tablespoon Organic Honey

-1/3 cup Water

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. We recommend straining it so your sorbet is seedless, fiberless and silky smooth. Place the mixture in a metal meatloaf baking tin or metal bowl(it’s okay to use whatever you have on hand if metal bowls are not available).

Whisk manually or with a hand blender every 40 minutes or so for the first 2 hours. Let freeze overnight or at least 8 hours total.

Enjoy!
