Purium’s Super Meal L.O.V. is composed of 30+ pure and natural, whole food ingredients. How You Can Differentiate Them
While all three superfoods are fantastic options for people on the ULT, each provides a different benefit. You should determine what your goals are to choose which is best for you.
Power Shake is packed full of greens and contains rice bran extract. You may know rice bran extract as the ingredient in Daily Fiber, which is designed to support production of a fat burning hormone called adiponectin. This will alkalize your body and provide basic nutrients. It is the default option in the ULT because it gives the prerequisite amount of greens that Purium Co-Founder Dave Sandoval recommends with a low calorie count. Power Shake also has almost zero fiber.
L.O.V. Super Meal is designed as the name implies; a meal. It has fewer greens than Power Shake and is more filling, containing an amazing array of the most desirable mushrooms and herbal extracts. All that comes in a base of healthy organic foods that contains sustenance and offers your body a different type of nourishment. In addition, it has 20g of protein per serving making it a great option for fitness enthusiasts.
