So, you decided to make a health resolution in 2018.   1. Hi I did the ten day transformation and then continued using the power shake and amino .I started this process about a year ago and have lost 60 lbs. I had a heart condition which I was taking meds for .6 months ago I was told by my doctor I no longer needed to be on these meds. I have switched to plant based foods .All my numbers are great cholesterol ,sugar normal blood pressure normal .I am wearing the same size cloths I wore in the 8th grade. This product works !!!
