Spring Salad Recipes


Spring is here! Skies are bluer, the grass is greener, flowers are blossoming and our plates should be just as vibrant the nature around us. 

Salads sometimes have a bad rep for their limp lettuce or bland taste but these nutritious meals have the power to WOW your taste buds; made with a rainbow of fresh fruits and crunchy greens. 

We’ve gathered our favorite spring salad recipes created by our Purium community to help you continue your health journey throughout the summer months!

With a mixed greens base and a handful of juicy strawberries to top it off, this tasty salad is perfect for a hot afternoon. Bring it to the beach or enjoy it poolside while soaking up the sun! 


  • Spring Mix lettuce 
  • Cabbage
  • Dried Cranberries 
  • Orange Pepper
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Carrots 
  • Strawberries 
  • Avocado

Fruits and greens have the power of a dynamic duo when mixed together in a delicious salad! In this dish, blackberries are paired with avocado for a mouth-watering combo. 


  • Mixed Greens of your choice (spinach, romaine, etc.) 
  • Cucumbers
  • Blackberries
  • Avocado
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Micro-greens 
  • Tahini Dressing
    • 1 tbsp raw tahini
    • 1 tbsp lime juice
    • 1 tbsp water
    • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
