Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation Schedule

Welcome to the first step of your Lifestyle Transformation! We like to call this the Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation, because it truly works for everyone. In fact, we have three different schedules to support you, depending on how you want to transform. 

Option 1: This path is all about subtraction, by way of addition. You flood your body with nutrient-rich superfoods without being restrictive with your diet. By meeting your nutritional needs with high-quality foods, you naturally stop craving foods and habits that stem from undernourishment. 

Option 2: This path is all about accelerated change. By consciously eliminating foods and habits that are not serving your best health and flooding your body with nutrient-rich superfoods, a new fully nourished state of normal is established. 

Option 3: This path is all about Intermittent Fasting.  Incorporate nutrient-rich superfoods while consuming substantially all your calories in a 6-8 hour window.

No matter what, be sure to have your Flex Foods ready and listen to your body and make adjustments as you see fit. 

Be sure to:

OPTION 1: 30-DAY TRANSFORMATION SCHEDULE

  • Simple to follow
  • Drink a minimum of half your body weight in ounces of water
  • Decrease unwanted foods and habits (sugar, caffeine, animal products, GMO foods, alcohol, etc.)
  • Eat 3 Flex Foods per day
  • Eat 1 Lifestyle Meal per day
  • Download schedule 

OPTION 2: ACCELERATED 30-DAY SCHEDULE

  • Includes a 10-Day superfoods immersion
  • Drink a minimum of half your body weight in oz. of water 
  • Decrease/eliminate unwanted foods and habits such as sugar, caffeine, animal products and alcohol.
  • Eat 3 Flex Foods per day
  • Lifestyle Meals are encouraged Days 1-10 and 22 – 30 
  • Best results occur when you only consume products, water and Flex Foods during Days 11-21

  • Stick to consistent eating window
  • Choose organic and non-GMO whenever possible

  2. I received my Ultimate Transformation Kit today. There is a product I received in the box that isn’t listed in the schedule. It’s called Super Meal. Not sure if it is it’s own thing or if it can be compared to and interchanged with the Power Shake.

  3. After I complete the 30 day transformation do I just continue with the core four and a regular healthy vegetarian diet? I guess I’m asking how often should I do the 30 day transformation?

    1. Hi! Yes, that sounds like a great plan. You could also look up our Purium Head to Toe blog to learn more about what other products can help fine-tune your health. There is no set number of how many Ultimate Lifestyle Transformations you can do, that is up to you!

  4. I see 3 options for using the 30 day lifestyle transformation with instructions. Where can I find the benefits of each one or a guide to help choose which is right for me? I’m curious if there’s a benefit to the intermittent fasting style. Thank you.

      1. I have the same question. I’m a first-timer and since there is no clear guide for what we are asking about, I went ahead and started with the intermittent schedule as this is the most familiar way of eating for me. Two power shakes and 2 lifestyle meals (both around 350 calories). I hope to see results 🙂

    So I have 1 lifestyle meal a day for the whole 30 days? And 3 flex foods a day .. yes?

  6. I just got my 30-day ultimate lifestyle transformation package, and Im feeling ready to start! But Im unsure of which schedule would be best for me – I definitely do NOT want to loose weight, in fact gaining weight would be ideal. Im inclined towards the intermittent fasting because my eating habits are already close to that kind of schedule. Any recommendations? Thanks

    1. Hi Gina, we recommend the accelerated path for those who want results quicker. Choosing the standard plan might work best for you.

  7. Hi what is the best way to come off of the cleanse, the following month? Is the LOV shake a good daily option?

  8. Started 10 day cleansing program today. I guess it’s working already since I am having massive headache and body ache. Is that normal? Also, I am used to working out a certain way everyday and the program calls for gentle exercise. Should I slow down? And any tips for these 10 days would be greatly appreciated.

  9. I take Levothyroxine and want to make sure it’s safe with the herbs, and I would like to keep one cup of coffee in my 30 day plan. Is this a problem?

    1. Hi Deborah, whatever is comfortable for you is comfortable for us! Just ensure your coffee is organic and non-GMO.

    I’m trying to get some clarity on the 10-day athlete schedule. I originally tried the 10-day weight loss schedule and absolutely loved it, however I am back to teaching spin classes and need more nourishment and thought I’d like to try the 10-day athlete schedule. Silly question -but where do I eat my flex meals? Are they with the shake, with the super amino, or completely separate?

    1. Hi Traci! You can work in the Lifestyle Meals during your “normal” meal times, such as lunch or dinner. You may also feel free to to eat a Lifestyle Meal when you feel it is necessary, especially if you are exercising and need the energy!

  11. As an FYI, the video on this page says it is an Accelerated ULT Guide. But it is not the Accelerated ULT Guide I was looking for. The actual video says “Choose Your Video” – as if it may be a placeholder or template.

  12. Where can I find the daily schedule. I haven’t found how many of the supplement tablets to take not how many yimes per day. Clearly each is different based on the quantity of each.

  13. I completed the 10 day nutrition and cleansing and the Core 4 Nutrition after. I am ready to do the 40-day ultimate weight loss. I donʻt see the list of the supply I need to begin in the iShop Purium.com. Where can I purchase this set or do I need to buy them indivdually? Also is there a larger list of veggies and other health foods I can consume than the minimal listed?

  14. There is tryptophan in the aminos, when I cleansed I was unaware and discovered when the aminos reacted with my prescription medication. I love the products and stopped taking the aminos, can I replace them with another product when I order again?

  15. Hello friends of Purium. So, I have a couple of questions, and the awnsers will determine if I get on board in this adventure or not.

    I’ve been doing intermitent fasting, urine therapy and breath work for a year now. As you might imagine, my health is much better, lost 15 kg, better sleep and skin, etc. But I wanna keep transforming… is this the best product for that?

    plus: my fasting period is slightly different from your suggestion: I eat between 16:00 and midnight. Could I ajust your products to my timming? Or should I change for your suggested hours (wich I really would not like to)?

    Finnaly: if I strech the time table, say, for 60 days, having your products not every day, or in a smaller dosis… how different would the results be?

While we encourage everyone to follow the schedules for the best results, you may make changed according to your own daily life if needed.
