We take nutrition very seriously, here at Purium. That is why we’ve created this rewarding subscription program that promotes consistency toward your long term health goals and incentivizes you along the way! Earn Double Rewards Points every time you shop with a Smart Order on file. That means MORE money towards your favorite purchases.

Remember,  if you purchase Purium before your Smart Order date,  it will skip that month’s Smart Order from being shipped. Smart Order is “Smart” because it doesn’t trigger if you already purchased Purium that month. If you still want your Smart Order products in addition to your other purchase, then you must manually place that order.

Smart Order FAQs

How do I set up a Smart Order? 

  • Go to “Incentives’ on Visit Click Incentives on the top navigation bar. Then click Smart Order.
  • Sign into your Purium account by clicking “Sign In.” (you will see the screen below)

  • You will be taken to the “My Account” screen. From your account screen, choose the Smart Order tab (next to “My Account” tab).

  • Start a Smart Order with 3 steps by following the direction on screen (outlined below).

Note: After entering your Credit Card info, you may see the statement “You haven’t entered a payment method yet!” Please disregard and go to Step 2 – Add Products.

Set Up Steps 

  • Add Your Payment information. After clicking “Payment Information,” you will be presented with this screen (below) and asked to enter your Credit Card info. Remember: Credit Card info is not stored for security purposes until you are ready for a subscription.
  • If you encounter an error that says “You Haven’t Entered a Payment Method Yet” after following the first step, please disregard this message. Instead, move forward to the next step by clicking “Add Product” on the side bar. See the image below.

  • Select the product you want to place on Smart Order by Filtering By Category or Diet, scrolling through the list provided or by using the Search Bar. See our below example, featuring Tropic Oil as our product choice.

  • Confirm your selection by clicking “Review & Confirm”

  • Enter your Shipping Address after confirming your product selection.
  • Set your desired date by choosing the “Set Your Date” on the side bar. See the image below.

  • Sit back and wait for your order!

How do I view my current Smart Order?

View your current smart orders in your accounts page. You can also edit or cancel your orders on this page.

How do I add items to my Smart Order?

Scroll through our list of items to add to your Smart Order. You can search for the item manually by using the search bar, or filter by Category and/or Diet.

How do I view my delivery schedule?

Once you choose an item, you can edit the quantity and review/confirm your order as well as change your delivery date.

How do I edit my billing address?

Edit your billing information and shipping address for your Smart Orders

If I buy two of the same qualifying products for 3 months for the 3 & Free, would I qualify for two FREE* products? 

No, you would only qualify for one.

Rewards for Reviews

Earn 1000 Rewards Points Write and submit a compelling and compliant review on that includes before and after photos for programs:

1000 Purium Rewards points will be given for each published review. Points can be used as a $10 product credit on a future order



  1. Why does placing an order for something that you want to try but are not sure you want to get it every month cancel out a smart order? I have a product I would like to try but I don’t want to add it to my smart order because I am not sure I’ll like it or that I will need it every month. I ordered something on May 1st and had a smart order set up for May 20th and when I looked on May 21st, there was nothing showing for a May 20 order. My customer also had that happen and his last order was in April! In

    1. Hi Cheryl! Placing an order before your Smart Order cancels out your Smart Order. We apologize for this inconvenience and we will share your feedback with the team.
