The immersion schedule is not a separate program. You do not need to buy any special products or a different pack. It is an alternative way to experience your existing ULT, changing when and how you consume the products to accelerate your results.
Instead of starting with the standard ULT (2 shakes a day), you ease in with one shake a day for the first 10 days, move into the focused 10-Day Immersion, then flow directly into your regular ULT program. The same products. A different order.
This path requires commitment.
The 10-Day Immersion is an accelerated approach designed for individuals who are ready to follow the program closely and prioritize their health goals. Success comes from preparation, consistency, and support throughout the journey.

What to Expect
The 10-Day Roller Coaster.
Your first few days may feel challenging. That does not mean you are doing it wrong.

Stay the Course
The 10-Day Immersion is designed to provide a focused jump-start, but it is not the only path to success. If you are unable to maintain the rigor of the immersion phase, transition to the Sustain Phase and continue moving toward your goals.
Consistency over time is more important than perfection. The best plan is the one you can stick with.
This Is Just the Beginning
Many individuals repeat the 10-Day Immersion periodically while continuing the ULT Lifestyle to support their long-term health and weight management goals.
Whether your journey takes 30 days, 90 days, or longer, sustainable results come from consistent habits practiced over time. The ULT is a lifestyle, not a short-term program.
