Coco Hydrate: All Day Hydration

SHARE

As the weather warms up and sunshine beats down, hydration for our bodies is KEY. Having a reusable water bottle always handy is a must when trying to stay hydrated throughout the day. But, sometimes our taste buds crave something more than just plain H20!

It’s easy to reach for a sugary lemonade or  soda to help cool you down on a hot day; however, there’s a healthier choice that both our bodies and taste buds will thank us for: coconut water!  Extremely versatile, coconuts can help promote hydration, immune health, skin health and even weight loss! Sipping on some coconut water could give you that hydrating boost you need on a hot summer’s day, and we have just the stuff.

What is it?

A delicious, refreshing, and healthier alternative to an energizing drink, Coco Hydrate is a coconut water-based blend that is loaded with electrolytes and antioxidants!  With a pineapple twist, this daily drink helps boost hydration levels and supports joints during recovery and high-intensity activities.

Our Coco Hydrate 10-serving pouches prioritize convenience, portability, and freshness for on-the-go lifestyles! It’s the perfect go-to for workouts or sitting on the  sidelines for your child’s sports game. Did we mention that it’s eco-friendly? Not only are we eliminating the need to ship liquid around the world, but our pouches address food waste by preserving its contents until they are ready to be consumed. Simply add 1 serving to your water bottle, shake it up, and sip to help energize and hydrate your body!

How does it work?

Electrolytes are vital to an optimal functioning body, and they’re even more essential to an adequately hydrated body. Electrolyte dense, Coco Hydrate helps direct water to those areas in your body that need it most.

One study published in the Journal of Physiological Anthropology and Applied Human Science found that participants who ingested Coconut Water after workouts recovered quicker than those who didn’t. Plus, the participants didn’t experience bloating while rehydrating due to the water’s low-carb content.

Benefits:

  1. I Love this stuff!
I take a Rx that dries me out beyond cottonmouth!
So I got a brilliant idea 2 weeks ago- try sipping on this because tho I do drink plenty of water, I can’t stay hydrated in the mouth.
Say, I think I’m on to something! I’ve chewed the special gum, lozenges that rip teeth, crowns out and only leave you feeling like a mouth full of fake chemicals.
NOW- I’m totally refreshed! Sometimes I use my ninja and crunch up a bunch of ice and have a great slushy! The shaker keeps it nice and cold. Or i add some fresh pineapple or blueberries. Or, straight up. ( just don’t take the flavor away)
But, admittedly I don’t have an easy time keeping it mixed, it seems to separate- yes, even if i use my mixer.
And whether in the silver pkg, or paper type, it gets hard as a rock. I had to keep it in that bag, put in a freezer baggie and pound it.
I saw advertised the canister, but my fruit and beet does the same. What can be done? My friend’s did the same.
