1 tsp Cracked Cell Chlorella
½ cup Frozen Mangos
½ cup Oat Milk
¼ cup Kangen Water
1 Tbsp Chia/Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
¼ cup Almond Butter
1 Tbsp MCT Oil
Handful of Spinach
Optional: Ashwaganda root and Maca root
Toppings:
Your favorite Grain-free Granola
Fresh Strawberries

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender on high for 30 seconds or until consistency is smooth and thick. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle toppings on top! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Organic apple cider vinegar
Sea salt and pepper
Favorite herb/spice (oregano, basil, cumin, cheyenne pepper, etc.)

Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and add on top of your favorite salad.

For Dinner:
Ingredients:
2 bunches Basil
½ bunch Thyme or Oregano
½ bunch Dill or Rosemary
⅓ Cup Pine Nuts (Or the nut of your choice)
½ Cup of high quality oil (avocado, olive, etc)
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
3-4 tbsp. Organic Spirulina
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Combine everything but the salt and pepper in the food processor and pulse until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
For Dessert
Ingredients:
4 frozen bananas
½ cup chopped dates
10-12 oz Coconut Milk (or Cashew or Almond)
1 tbsp Agave or honey
2-4 tbsp. Cocoa Mint Spirulina
Cacao Nibs
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients except Cacao Nibs in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and cover. Store bowl in freezer for 3-4 hours. Scoop to serve. Optional: Sprinkle Cacao nibs when ready to serve.
