Soups may be the furthest thing from your mind when it’s hot outside. However, soup can be extra chill – cold in temperature, but also super hip, too. Not only is soup a satisfying meal for lunch or dinner, but it can provide an extra boost of nutrition. Check out this raw, green soup that is a great Flex Meal and served cold.

- 1 organic avocado
- 1 organic cucumber
- 1 organic lemon
- 3 organic limes
- Handful of organic spinach
- 2-3 raw green stevia (leaf & stem)
Top with :
- Kale micro greens
- Sprinkled with dulse flakes
