Flex Dessert: Vegan Ice Cream with Protein


What’s better than ice cream on a hot Summer day? Vegan ice cream with 32 grams of plant-based protein! Now you can enjoy a cool, tasty chocolate or vanilla treat AND fuel your body, too.
What You Need:

  • 2 organic bananas
  • 1-2 scoops MVP Sport
  • 1 tsp organic pure vanilla extract
  • Organic walnuts (optional)

What You Do:

  1. Peel the bananas, slice them, and place in a glass container.
  2. Freeze until frozen.
  3. Blend ingredients (except nuts) in a food processor until creamy. *Note: You may need to add a little organic unsweetened almond milk.
  4. Scoop out of food processor and enjoy! Freeze extra.
