1 1/2 cups of almond “milk” (or organic coconut milk or hemp milk)
2 scoops of Purium’s Carrot Juice Plus
1 scoop of Purium’s vanilla chai L.O.V. Super Meal
1 frozen organic banana
1 medjool date
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup raw, unsalted cashews (soaked overnight)
