Flex Meal: Black Bean Burger

It’s not beef… it’s organic black beans and veggies! If you’re craving a burger, try this delicious vegan recipe to satisfy that craving, while sticking to your clean lifestyle.

Ingredients:
2 cans of organic black beans
1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons water
1 whole medium organic chopped onion
3 cloves of organic garlic minced
1/2 grated organic carrots
1/2 cup grated organic zucchini
1/2 cup Purium MVP Sport Vanilla
Organic pepper (plus other seasonings) to your liking
2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos

Directions:

Blend black beans, pumpkin seeds, and 2 tbsp water in food processor until ground up. Pour it into another bowl. Then add all of your veggies, Liquid Aminos & Purium MVP. Make burger patties and sauté in organic coconut oil. Enjoy!
