Living Room Workout for New Years Day!

Don’t wait another minute! Start 2016 off on the right foot with a workout you can do anywhere. Try the exercises below while you’re watching the Rose Parade or one of the many football games on New Years Day, right from the comfort of your own home. No equipment needed!

20 jumping jacks

5 push-ups

14 high knee runs

8 burpees

10 lunges

8 squats

15 crunches

5 push-ups

10 lunges

8 squats

30 second plank hold

20 jumping jacks

30 second wall sit

14 high knee runs

15 crunches

Repeat (as many times as you can)!
